Cultivation Capital Welcomes Paul Weber and Graham Peck as Venture Partners

Cultivation Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Weber and Graham Peck as Venture Partners. The introduction of Paul and Graham will further strengthen Cultivation Capital’s technology investment strategy, by leveraging their extensive experience in the technology industry and scaling companies.

Prior to joining Cultivation Capital, Paul served as Chief Business Officer and Senior Vice-President of Sales at Interactive Intelligence–a global provider of business communications software in the Contact Center space– acquired by Genesys for $1.4 Billion. Paul was part of Interactive Intelligence’s original team and helped scale the direct and channel salesforce to $400M in revenue and over 2,000 employees. Before that, Paul spent five years with Software Artistry, within the CRM industry, pushing the firm from the start-up phase until right before IBM purchased them.

Graham founded a private equity firm which acquires technology services business and also works for a private family holding firm dedicating capital into growth stage companies. Before founding and co-founding several companies, Graham gained experience working as a process optimization engineering manager within the manufacturing industry.
