Verlensia Bates is Cultivation Capital’s Accounting and Operations Coordinator, working closely with the CFO and legal team to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Verlensia graduated from Harris-Stowe State University with a degree in Accounting and previously worked for Wells Fargo and Conner Ash. In her spare time, she enjoys attending Cardinals baseball games and any other outdoor activities St. Louis has to offer.
