Caleb Eidem is General Counsel for Cultivation Capital. He drafts and negotiates term sheets for the firm’s initial investments, leads legal review of follow-on investments, and coordinates communications between the investment team, portfolio companies, and the firm’s outside counsel on all transactional matters. Caleb is also involved with fund formation, securities regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day legal issues of the firm. Caleb graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2021, and started as Associate General Counsel at Cultivation Capital that summer after passing the bar exam. He was promoted to General Counsel in January of 2026.
