Martha is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law with concentrations in entrepreneurship law, advanced business and commercial transactions and intellectual property law. While in law school, she counseled entrepreneurs on operational and transactional matters through the law school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. In the years between her undergraduate education at Marquette University and enrollment in St. Louis University School of Law, Martha was a corporate paralegal with a large law firm in Chicago where she focused on mergers and acquisitions. Upon returning to St. Louis, Martha focused on raising her four children with her husband, while playing USTA tennis and becoming a Master Gardener with the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
