Martha Gallagher

Martha is General Counsel for Cultivation Capital. She drafts and negotiates term sheets for the firm’s initial investments, leads legal review of follow-on investments, and coordinates communications between the investment team, portfolio companies and the firm’s outside counsel on all transactional matters. Martha is also involved with fund formation, securities regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day legal issues of the firm. Martha graduated cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law with concentrations in entrepreneurship law, intellectual property law, and advanced business and commercial transactions.
