Delia Chassaing is an MBA Associate on the investment team, bringing expertise in consulting, data analytics, and technical education. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Delia has been actively involved in the St. Louis community through nonprofit and startup initiatives, including youth coding education and hackathons.
Currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, she has also worked as an Associate at Bain & Company, where she developed digital solutions for a major utility. At Splunk, she led instructor teams and managed large-scale programs, driving significant growth. Fluent in multiple languages and a certified ski instructor, Delia brings strong cross-functional skills and energy to the team.
