Elise Miller Hoffman

Elise Miller Hoffman is a Principal, managing Cultivation Capital’s Life Sciences Fund. Prior to this role, she served as an analyst on Cultivation Capital’s Tech Fund II. Elise graduated from Washington University’s Olin Business School with an MBA in May 2016.

During her time at Olin, Elise was the founding president of the Washington University InSITE Fellowship, and performed numerous consulting projects for entrepreneurial organizations both locally and internationally. She was a recipient of the Center for Experiential Learning Impact Award and the Dean’s Special Service Award.

Prior to business school, Elise served as Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Washington University. She graduated cum laude from Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature and Latin American Studies. Elise currently serves as National Mentorship Director of the New Leaders Council and as President of the St. Louis Young Democrats.
