Cultivation Capital’s Tech Fund II invests in early-stage technology companies, primarily in B2B SaaS, FinTech, and sale enablement sectors. The target companies are Pre-Series A through Series A investment opportunities that have a product, revenue, and traction.

We will make 3-5 investments per year ranging from $250,000- $1,000,000, with opportunities for follow-on investment.

Our General Partners will actively manage and support the portfolio and leverage their deep operational expertise in software tech. We use this knowledge go help the portfolio achieve pivotal milestones that lead to an exit.
