Arch Grants Announces Winners

Arch Grants has announced its first group of winners, each being awarded $50,000 to build a business in St. Louis. Cultivation Capital’s General Partners Jim McKelvey and Rick Holton are both active leaders of Arch Grants, with Jim serving as the Head of the Advisory Board and Rick serving as a Director.

Arch Grants’ first class is a wave of new startup activity in St. Louis. The increase in capitalized early stage ventures is an exciting opportunity for Cultivation Capital to place investments as these ventures mature.

The following startups have each won a $50,000 grant from Arch Grants.

Companion Pharma

Companion Pharma expands the range of safe, effective medicines designed for convenient use in dogs and cats under a veterinarian’s prescription. CEO, Harry Arader, said, “I moved my seventh and eighth companies here to St. Louis because it is simply the best location in the US for the creation of science-driven, animal-health companies.”

Food Essentials
